더블 볼 고무 조인트는 높은 유연성, 높은 기밀성, 내화학성 및 내방사성, 고강도, 강한 내한성, 바이어스 플라이 폴리에스터 복합 소재, 그리고 고밀도 내부 가교 결합을 통해 고압 및 고온 성형이 가능하며, 고압 및 높은 탄성 변형 효과를 견딜 수 있는 고무 고유의 특성을 주로 사용합니다.
네오프렌과 나일론(다른 소재도 사용 가능, 아래 차트 참조)으로 제작된 구형 구조는 모든 방향으로 균일하게 압력을 가할 수 있도록 하여 파이프라인 및 장비에 가해지는 힘을 줄여줍니다. 바이어스 플라이 타이어 코드는 강도, 높은 안전율, 낮은 이동력을 제공합니다. 정밀 성형은 조밀하고 균일한 바디를 제공합니다.
더블 볼 팽창 고무 조인트는 내부 층, 강화된 다층 플라스틱 스크레이퍼 나일론 코드, 고무 외부 층으로 구성된 복합 튜브입니다. 사용되는 매체에 따라 고무 소재가 다르며, 천연 고무, 스티렌-부타디엔 고무, 부틸 고무, 니트릴 고무, EPDM 고무, 네오프렌, 실리콘 고무, 불소 고무 등이 있습니다. 각각 내열성, 내산성, 내알칼리성, 내식성, 내마모성, 내유성 등의 기능을 가지고 있습니다.
