개요
다른 재질의 배관용 팽창 조인트와 달리, 탄성 팽창 조인트는 동심원 또는 편심 테이퍼 형태로 제작될 수 있으며, 한쪽은 큰 직경, 다른 쪽은 작은 직경으로 변환됩니다. 이러한 팽창 조인트는 일반적으로 맨드렐에서 수작업으로 제작되며, 성형된 형태는 아닙니다. 소량 생산 요구 사항과 비표준 길이는 높은 금형 제작 비용을 감당할 수 없습니다.
다음 단계로 넘어가기 전에 동심원 테이퍼형 리듀서와 편심 테이퍼형 리듀서의 차이점을 정의하고 명확히 하는 것이 중요합니다.
동심원형 설계는 각 플랜지의 중심이 동심원이거나 서로 일직선상에 있는 경우입니다.
편심형 설계는 각 플랜지의 중심이 편심되거나 서로 오프셋된 경우입니다.
