概要
エラストマー製伸縮継手は、他の材料の配管用伸縮継手とは異なり、同心または偏心テーパーで製造でき、片側は大きく、反対側は小さくなります。これらの伸縮継手は通常、マンドレル上に手作業で組み立てられ、成形品ではありません。少量生産と非標準長さのため、金型の高コストは許容されません。
先に進む前に、同心テーパーレデューサーと偏心テーパーレデューサーの違いを明確に定義することが重要です。
同心設計とは、各フランジの中心が同心または互いに一直線になっている設計です。
偏心設計とは、各フランジの中心が偏心または互いにオフセットになっている設計です。
