概述
內螺紋橡膠接頭非常適合隔離小直徑管道與振動的機械設備。
在通常使用螺紋連接器的較小尺寸應用中，內螺紋橡膠接頭將適應管道運動和振動。內螺紋橡膠接頭可提供超過 1 英吋的軸向補償，並具有出色的橫向和角度偏轉額定值。氯丁橡膠或三元乙丙橡膠 (EPDM) 橡膠主體結構也遠勝於金屬連接器，可消除泵浦、冷水機組和空氣處理器等設備產生的噪音和振動。這些連接器用途極為廣泛，可用於各種應用，並可提供可承受高達 150 PSIG 壓力和高達 200 華氏度（約 93 攝氏度）溫度的設計。
內螺紋螺紋橡膠聯軸器採用液壓機精密成型。球形設計確保內部壓力施加於各個方向，並將力均勻分佈在較大的區域上。球形設計就像一個自由流動的拱門，減少了由於壓力推力引起的湍流和增長。
內螺紋橡膠接頭採用優質 EPDM 管和外層以及尼龍輪胎簾線加固而成。也提供無電纜的氯丁橡膠結構。
內螺紋橡膠接頭採用高溫 EPDM 橡膠，用於管和蓋結構。鍍鋅球墨鑄鐵螺紋內螺紋接頭端為標準配備。特殊的電纜約束附件環繞著每一端，以防止連接器因壓力推力而過度伸展。鋼製體環環繞球體之間的橡膠，以在壓力下提供穩定性。
