Ensure that the size of the rubber flexible joint matches the pipe connection size, installation height and flow size. Select the appropriate compensation amount according to the thermal displacement, installation deviation and end displacement of the pipeline system. Consider the temperature, humidity and corrosiveness of the environment where the pipeline is located, and select a joint with corresponding anti-aging and corrosion resistance.
Ensure that the displacement of the joint does not exceed the design allowable range to prevent joint damage or leakage. When installing the bolts, use the diagonal method to gradually tighten them with pressure to ensure the sealing performance between the joint and the flange. When installing the joint, keep it away from heat sources and strong radiation light to prevent aging or damage of the rubber material. During installation and transportation, avoid contact between the joint and sharp metal instruments to avoid puncturing the ball.
